Caitlin + Andres 

“One of the best vow readings and ceremonies I’ve ever seen” said one of their guests, and I couldn’t agree more! Not a dry eye that ceremony, at McCalls Shorelodge where Caitlin + Andre said their “I-do’s”.  

THE FEELING OF THE DAY…

The feeling of the entire day was so relaxed! From the gorgeous bridal suite where Caitlin’s girlfriends and maid of honor chilled with her that morning as she got ready, the couples First Look, to the photographer accidentally getting the “wrong dad” for the impromptu daddy/daughter first look (yes… that really happened! #justkeepingitreal!!).  Good thing I had an amazing bride, who just laughed and was like “that’s not my dad” 🙂  Fortunately she was able to sneak away again while we prepped the “real” one!! 

The donut wall, earthy and unique floral designs, custom made best man and maid of honor gifts, the lake view during their ceremony + reception, to the amazing wedding day design and execution by Sam, owner of Sprout Design – it was definitely a wedding to remember. 

A SPECIAL MOMENT THAT STOOD OUT…

I think one of the most special moments of the day that stands out to me was the toasts. From her dad making mention of how from a little girl she was into spreadsheets and numbers, which he joked and said was “not normal” to make a special point of how proud he was of her and of the businesswoman she is today to Andre’s mom’s speech who helped tell the story of the kind of man her son is, one who started work at a very young age and her provided for his mom during a difficult time when she needed it.

Words can’t express how grateful I am that I found such a great couple to spend the day with and the honor I feel to have been able to document your special day!
