Its classic Spanish-style architecture, beautifully manicured gardens, and breathtaking views of downtown Boise make it a dream spot for couples. The Depot’s historic charm paired with the surrounding scenic landscape makes it perfect for capturing love stories.

For Madeson and Taylor, this location was everything they could have wanted. The beauty of the Depot paired perfectly with their fun and easygoing personalities.

This sweet couple first met at Luciano’s over lunch, and their connection was instant. That day didn’t stop with just a meal. They ended up having a Disney movie marathon that neither one of them wanted to end! It’s easy to see how their shared love of Disney played a part in their relationship. When asked where they’d go on vacation, their answer was no surprise—Disneyland!

Taylor works as a high school physics teacher, which makes perfect sense since he’s thoughtful and detail-oriented. Madeson, on the other hand, is in customer service at Norco Medical and is all about helping others. Together, they make the perfect team.

I always love shooting at the Boise Depot because it offers so much variety. For couples searching for a timeless and elegant engagement session location, the Depot checks all the boxes. Between the historic architecture, dreamy landscaping, and panoramic views, it’s one of the best spots in Boise.
