A Spring Boise Foothills Engagement Session

And the winner is…..

This past fall I hosted my first ever Engagement Session Giveaway – to one lucky couple. To enter couples had to submit their story on how they met and fell in love. For Mariah and JD it all started their Freshman year in college and a near midnight kiss in the middle of their school’s amphitheater :-)! When JD enlisted in the Marine Corps Mariah knew he was the ONE, as she couldn’t picture her life without him, and soon after JD brought Mariah back to that amphitheater where they shared their first kiss, got down on one knee, and asked her to marry him!!  LOVE IT!!!

It was my honor to spend the sunset with this beautiful couple in the beautiful Boise foothills at Camels Back Park. Not only dd they drive all the way from Emmett, ID, but they were down for an adventure! They were so humble, so sweet, and so in love.

Moments like this remind me that engagement sessions are more about the adventure and the experience than they are about the images. The images are important but the quality time that I get to spend with my couples is what means the most to me! I loved my time with Mariah + JD and I’m are so excited to see them again in August!!
